What are the best cocktail bars in Bozeman?
PLONK is a wine bar on E Main ST in downtown Bozeman. It offers a large selection of wines by the glass, cocktails, and even serves delicious food. Once spring hits, Plonk opens their outdoor patio so you can enjoy a specialty cocktail outside!
Sky Shed is Bozeman’s rooftop bar, located at the top of the Kimpton Armory Hotel. They also have small bites/appetizers if you’re hungry as well. During the warmer months they have a wrap-around outdoor patio, and get this - during winter, they put out heated igloos so you can still sit outside!
Crystal Bar on Main Street is Bozeman’s classic dive bar. Whether you want a classic cocktail or a cold beer - the Crystal is the place to go. They also have a great rooftop that they open up during warmer months.
The Molly Brown, located in Bozeman’s famed “Bermuda Triangle” is a great place to go for pool tables, dart boards, and to hit the machines. It definitely has more of a college bar feel than say, Plonk or Sky Shed.
Devil’s Toboggan is over in the Cannery District, above Seven Sushi. It’s fairly new, and a great place to go if you’re wanting something fancier. They serve up some great cocktails (make sure to stop in for happy hour) and you definitely feel that romantic ambiance. Definitely one of our favorite cocktail bars in Bozeman!
Bacchus Pub is Bozeman’s first (and only) historic pub! Not only do they feature craft beer and cocktails, they also make a mean burger. If you’re looking for Bacchus, they're located inside the historic Baxter Hotel.
Bozeman Taproom is a great choice if you’re looking for a casual brew or live music. They’re over on N Rouse Ave, just a few blocks from downtown Bozeman. They also have a rooftop they open during warmer months.
Bozeman Spirits is the go-to downtown distillery. So, if you’re wanting Montana-made handcrafted spirits - go check them out! They use Rocky Mountain water to produce their locally-crafted spirits.
If you’re looking for a sports bar equipped with gambling machines and TVs, check out the Pour House. It’s a great stop for fight night or when March Madness is on. Definitely the best bar for watching a game!Posted by Jeremy Seglem on
